What is Data-Annex?

• Default storage allocations within Dynamics 365 are very limited.
• Additional storage is also very expensive.
• Data-Annex can archive your historic records securely.
• It will still be available to your CRM users.
• Download your data at any time to store locally.

How it Works?

• Select the entities you would like to archive.
• Select the records you would like archived (via an Advanced Find view).
• Records are downloaded and stored in Data-Annex.
• After records have been confirmed in Data-Annex, they are purged from Dynamics 365.
